1. Jul 2024 – PresentKraków

   Restaurant technology, 15,000+ merchants

   I lead the Partnerships domain: six engineers across two squads, owning the external API platform that partners integrate against.

   • Inherited a team with a reputation for missing its commitments. It now closes green cycle after cycle, on delivery tracking the team runs itself rather than on pressure from me.
   • Grew the partner ecosystem from zero to five partners in general availability, with ten more in active integration.
   • Folded seven backend domains, including Menu, Order, Business, Loyalty and Labor, into a single external interface. Moved the team from owning those APIs to running the platform other teams ship on.
   • Held 99.5% SLA compliance on the order-injection integration and cut the error rate from 1.7% to 0.8%.
   • Built an AI pre-estimation workflow on Claude Code, Jira and team notes. It matched the team’s planning-poker votes 92% of the time.
   • Replaced arguments about delivery with data: sprint burndown and burn-up, WIP limits per column, unplanned work logged rather than absorbed.
   • Shipped rate limiting with the Platform team on Envoy Proxy.
   • Acted as first responder and escalation point for incidents. Every one closed with a blameless RCA and a tracked action item.

2. Apr 2023 – PresentKraków

   AI consultancy for small and mid-sized companies, replacing manual business processes with LLM integrations and workflow orchestration.

   • Design and deliver multi-agent workflows and agentic automation systems.
   • Run the work end to end: process mapping, build, handover, training.

3. Feb 2020 – Apr 2023Kraków

   E-commerce search and merchandising

   Built the Poland engineering office from nothing to fifteen engineers and owned technical strategy for those teams.

   • Founded the office end to end: sourced the space, set up the legal framework, built the hardware infrastructure, hired the founding team.
   • Owned technical strategy for every Poland-based team.
   • Mentored team leads into their first leadership roles.

4. Jul 2015 – Feb 2020Kraków

   Team Leader, previously Senior Software Developer · Global App Testing

   Crowdsourced software testing

   Joined as the third engineer, working directly with the founders. Grew into leading an eight-person team as the company scaled.

   • Led eight engineers with full authority over the hiring bar, promotions, performance reviews and salary, and mentored them individually.
   • Helped establish the Kraków office, including sourcing and negotiating the space.
   • Split the role across engineering, product and project management as the company grew.

5. 2014 – 2015Kraków
